Crowded during breakfast time on Sunday and had to wait for a long time to get a table. Recommended to reach before 8am for breakfast. Room was not cleaned on one day and when I'd asked for tea bags (since room was not serviced and no new tea bags were placed), they took over 1 hour to arrange it and that too after a reminder call

Location of hotel is just minutes from Mall of Emirates. Surrounded by alot of eateries. Easy to get taxi from hotel lobby. Check in and check out process was smooth and fast.

Booked a twin room. But the room did not have two separate beds.had difficult time explaining this to hotel staff. Very odd layout. The toilet and shower room are separate. And they are not next to each other. Very congested WC. Not impressed at all.

Well the water you could keep bigger 2 bottles I don't realize why the bed was not so comfortable.The weighing machine battery was dead.Tv channels please keep a few more very restricted to 43 channels.Just a single sport channel was annoying other than all all this I really adore everything. Glorie is more than kind at Reception give her ma regards for her decent hospitality. Luv u Novotel.

I liked the family suite i stayed at. Very big rooms and enough bathrooms. Service was good.

It was too busy on the breakfast. I felt there were few staff to help especially when you ask for them to make you omelet or bring you tea as there isn't in the buffe. The cups run out and it takes time to wait for a waiter to be free to serve you. Definitley overpriced for that little choices.

This hotel does have a nice underground parking garage that had plenty of parking spaces available and easy access to the hotel elevators. The room was very comfortable, with a nice contemporary layout and design, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel appeared to be new, clean, fresh, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The most important part was that it was an excellent value and was a beautiful place to stay for the money. I am sure the same is true for its sister hotel Ibis, next door.

I am being a bit overly critical in my comments so please take that into consideration. If you come expecting a nice view, you will be disappointed. Due to the location, you will get either a view of the highway, or the adjacent building's courtyard or walls. I did not care about having a view so that did not bother me at all. They also do not have a valet service, but as I mentioned previously, they do have a really nice and adequate basement parking garage. The bathroom in the room was unique as it was split into a toilet closet on one end of the room and a shower and a bathtub on the other end. I thought that was a neat twist. However, the toilet closet was so small that anyone over 110 kg in weight will have a very difficult time closing the door to use the toilet. Since I was staying alone, closing the door was not an issue but I still ended up having to sit all catawampassed on the throne. I am also a very picky eater when it comes to eggs. Most hotel restaurants fail miserable at cooking eggs. This place was no different. The scrambled eggs were still raw (as is often the case) and even though they attempted to correct that right away, they ended up overcooking them. Omelets are not their forte either as several other guests were complaining about those as well. Even the hard-boiled eggs were waaay overcooked. These are restaurant chef basics and it surprises me at how many chefs and restaurants cannot cook eggs to an acceptable middle ground. BUT, on the other hand, the breakfast was included in the visit and they did have a variety of foods to choose from on the breakfast buffet so it was still a pleasant experience.

Although the room is quite small but the bed and sofa were so comfortable and clean. Breakfast is okay.

Some room facilities aren’t working and the shower stall is too tight.

Amazing location , 7 mins walk to mall of emirates

Was given a smoking family room at first, but requested to change. Took another 30mins, room was ok, 2 beds but the attached bathroom had a very bad smell, couldnt even step in it - Room 615

Value for money

We didn’t get a room we were requested for. Could’ve been better if the staff pay more attention to the guest’s request. Thank anyway for the cute cake even though it’s written “happy birthday” instead of “anniversary”

Great location less than 10 minutes walking to mall of the Emirates, good value for money. The staff is very friendly. The room amenities are super amazing!

The toilet was a bit stinky. We need to follow up with the housekeeping to clean the room, otherwise they won't

I always stay in same hotel. Food i love most.

As i get confirmation from booking.com for disabled facility room i didnt get it. Housekeeping members directly came when i was sleeping. There was no proper time for laundry.
